Frozen to Fall Off the Bone Ribs in 45 Minutes

Ingredients:

Country style pork ribs (3 lbs)

Garlic powder

Onion Powder

Salt (pink sea salt)

BBQ Sauce (optional)

1 Cup Water

Directions: 

Split ribs apart in sections that will fit in your pressure cooker.

Sprinkle top and bottom of each section with spices

Pour the 1 cup of water into your pressure cooker

Place the ribs into the pressure cooker by stacking on top of each other

Put on lid and set pressure cooker to manual 45 mins

Use quick release when timer goes off

Using a meat thermometer check to ensure the ribs are at a minimum of 165 F

Remove ribs from pressure cooker and place on a parchment lined baking sheet (Brush with BBQ sauce if you desire)

Place the baking sheet under the oven broiler on High for about 3-5 minutes to render the fat and cook the sauce. We opt for a home made garlic-cilantro sauce over traditional BBQ sauce. I will link that recipe here “Garlic-Cilantro Sauce” this weekend.
